All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Dongguan, China.
1. Order Processing Time
·Order Cut-off Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
·Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
·Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Chinese New Year), processing may take 3-5 business days due to high volume.
·Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
. Since we ship internationally, delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

·Note on Tracking Updates: International tracking may show limited updates until the package reaches your country. If your tracking status says "Departed from country of origin" or "Handed over to airline" for several days, this is normal. The next update often occurs when the package arrives in your country and clears customs.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HOWTRUE SPORTS is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply to your order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
·P.O. Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address when possible.
·APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
·Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may incur additional charges or take longer. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
HOWTRUE SPORTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
·Verification: Upon checking tracking status, if the package is marked as "Delivered," please verify with family members, neighbors, or your local postal service.
·Claims: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, you must file a claim with the local carrier responsible for final delivery.
·Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible if the package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the address you provided.
8. Damaged or Lost in Transit
·Lost in Transit: If your package is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery window) and appears to be lost, please contact us. We will file an inquiry with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
·Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You must provide photos of the damage to zhaohuanggolf@163.com within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at zhaohuanggolf@163.com.
·Before Shipment: If your order has not been processed, we can update the address for you.
·After Shipment: Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to attempt a reroute (fees may apply).
