Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with HOWTRUE SPORTS. Because we ship your order directly from our facilities in China, international return shipping can be costly and time-consuming. To provide you with the best possible service, we operate a Refund-Only Policy for most eligible items.

This means that you will not be required to return the item to receive a refund or replacement in most cases.

 1. Refund-Only Eligibility

We may offer a full or partial refund without requiring you to return the product under the following circumstances:

·Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective.

·Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

·Low-Value Items: For items below $5 value, where return shipping would cost more than the product itself.

·Shipping Issues: In cases of significant shipping delays (subject to our discretion) or lost parcels (as confirmed by tracking).

 2. Conditions for Approval

 To qualify for a refund under this policy, you must:

·Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

·Provide your order number.

·Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item). This helps us improve our quality control with our factory partners.

·Confirm that you will dispose of the item properly or keep it (we do not require you to ship it back).

 3. Process

. Review: We will review your request within 3 business days.

. Approval: If approved, we will process your refund. You do not need to return the product.

. Refund Time: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7 business days to appear in your account.

4. When You Might Need to Return an Item (Exceptions)

While we prefer the refund-only model, we may request that you return an item in very specific situations:

·High-Value Items: For items significantly above our standard value threshold.

·Incorrect Approval: If a refund-only was issued by mistake and we require the item back for insurance or claim purposes.

If we require a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost. You will not be out-of-pocket for returns we request.

 5. Non-Refundable Items

 Certain items are not eligible for any refund (including refund-only) due to hygiene or customs regulations:

·Gift cards.

·Downloadable software products.

·Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons if unsealed.

·Custom or personalized orders.

·Items on final sale or clearance (clearly marked at purchase).

 6. Important Notes

·Disposal of Items: Since we are not asking you to return the product, please dispose of it responsibly in accordance with your local waste management rules. We may ask for confirmation of disposal in some cases.

·Customs and Taxes: Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the product. Any import duties or taxes paid to your local customs authority are handled by your local government and cannot be refunded by us. Please contact your local customs office for information on their refund processes.
